About The Security Service
The role of the Security Service at Marlborough Mall is to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors. Security coverage for the mall and Professional Office Tower is scheduled on a 24 hours a day basis, 365 days a year. Uniformed, licensed, and radio equipped male and female Security personnel are regularly patrolling the entire mall and office tower facility, providing security presence and offering assistance as required. The Security Department is responsible for all aspects of safety and security in the mall, as well as the exterior parking facilities.

Security Services
The Security Service is available to assist mall patrons and tenants in many ways, including but not limited to:

• Assisting patrons with location of vehicles
• Locating lost children
• Operating lost and found property program for items found at Marlborough Mall
• Ensuring personal safety through escorts and regular uniformed patrols
• Security can assist you in directing any vehicle problems to a tow truck company
• Providing first aid for any injuries or illnesses. Our security staff are trained in CPR, First Aid and use of on-site defibrillators
