Must-Have Back-to-School Shoes & Accessories

The weather is getting a little cooler and Pumpkin Spice drinks are available from your favourite coffee shop which means amazing fall styles are hitting the shops! Send your kids back to school with this year’s must-have shoes and accessories that will let them express themselves but won’t break the bank!
Shoes
From slip-on to stylish streetwear, good sneakers are always a must-have for growing kiddos. Be sure to bring them with you to ensure the fit is good or, if they can’t come along, take a tracing of their feet that you can slip into each pair.
Nothing beats a boot for fall. Make getting out the door on time a guaranteed thing with a pull-on or zippered option while still looking super stylish. With the ever-changing weather, boots are also a good option when you’re not quite sure what the day will bring. A pair of rubber boots look cute and will keep socks dry.
Jackets
When it’s cold in the morning and warm in the afternoon, layering is the key. Add a denim jacket or windbreaker for added warmth on the walk to school. And for when the days get a little more chilly, a puffer jacket or vest will keep everyone toasty but can still roll up and fit inside a backpack.
Backpacks
Depending on their age, backpacks can be an easy way to carry a lunch box or used to lug homework to and from school. Look for wide padded straps to ease pressure on the shoulders and lots of pockets to keep things organized. A chest or waist strap is especially helpful if it’s loaded down with books or a laptop.
Hats & Scarves
Much like jackets, hats can be necessary for the morning and shoved into a backpack by the afternoon. A super-stylish beanie (with or without a pom) not only keeps your ears warm but also adds an extra layer of style to an outfit. Add an infinity scarf for additional warmth while still being able to easily play.
Hair
