Speak Up YYC Presents: Bret Crowle

Marlborough Mall is pleased to support the next edition of Speak Up YYC, a free monthly open mic series hosted at SAN <K> TJURI BUKS that celebrates poetry, storytelling, and creative expression.

This month’s event features Bret Crowle, a multimedia creator based in Moh’kins’tsis. Bret’s debut poetry collection, Jesus Is a Voyeur, was published in October 2024 by Frontenac House. Known for thoughtful, engaging work, Bret brings a powerful voice to an evening dedicated to sharing stories and perspectives through spoken word.

Speak Up YYC continues to be an inclusive and welcoming space for both emerging and experienced performers, as well as for community members who want to listen, connect, and be inspired.
