Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Debit are accepted.

Please not that a valid piece of Government Issued ID may be required. 

To check your card balance or recent activity, Call (within Canada) 800-755-8608 or go online at getmybalance.com. You will require the 16-digit card number and 6-digit security code shown on your card.

The FUNDS on your Gift Card never expire. However, the physical card plastic does. The date the card plastic expires is listed on the back of the card. If your card plastic expires, please call customer service at 403-272-9233 to get a replacement card and have the existing funds transferred to your new card.

Your card may be used for making purchases at participating merchants located in all Primaris Malls across Canada. See our locations at primarisgiftcard.com

Notify Customer Service as soon as possible. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced without adequate proof of purchase (original gift card receipt), and the corresponding gift card number. Please note that if the card is lost or stolen there is the possibility of the card being used by someone other than yourself. We are not able to restore funds to the Gift Card at any time.

Depending on the retailer’s return policy, merchants will give store credit for returns or the funds can be credited back onto your original gift card.

Please note:

Shefield Express: Primaris Gift Cards CAN ONLY BE USED for confectionary items and drinks. Lottery, cigarettes, pre-paid cards, gift cards, and other paraphernalia cannot be purchased using a Primaris Gift Card. 

Shoppers Drug Mart:  Primaris Gift Cards CANNOT be used for Transit Tickets/Passes, Prescriptions, Gift Cards, All Pre-paid Cards and Lottery Tickets.
