We are in the midst of a mental health revolution. There is a future in sight where all people have access to resources, can talk openly about their feelings and mental health is recognized as something we all have that deserves attention. This month, Marlborough Mall launches the Be Mindful program, a year-round initiative focused on working with community organizations to advocate, support, share resources and do our part in building a happy, healthy community. Here's how you can get involved and be sure to check out our list of resources below!
1. In support of @CMHACalgary, Marlborough Mall will be donating 3% for every $100 purchased in Marlborough Mall gift cards from now until the end of the month! To purchase a gift card online, click here or visit our Customer Service kiosk.

2. Mental check ins are a great way to see where you’re at and we’re here to help. Join us from 12 – 4 near Customer Service on Saturday, November 13 where MaKami College will be providing mini massages for a small donation to CMHA Calgary and CMHA Calgary will be on site to help navigate the resources you need to better your mental health. 3. PALS (Pet Access League Society) is a registered, non profit organization dedicated to enhancing quality of life through pet therapy. Join us on November 20 and 21 from 12 - 3 PM where we will have our friends from PALS Calgary on site with their therapy dogs for some mental wellness time!
