Interested in working as a member of the Marlborough Mall Security Service? Are you interested in using Security as a steppingstone for a future career in Law Enforcement or Emergency Medical Services? If so, then Marlborough Mall Security may be the place for you. All serious applicants are to submit a resume and cover letter addressed to the Security Manager, specifying if you desire part-time or full-time hours, to the Marlborough Mall Security Office, located by Entrance 2 across from the Food Court. Security positions are also available through Garda World.
Resumes are accepted on a continuous basis, with interviews held as positions become available. An applicant seeking employment as a Security Guard at Marlborough Mall must meet the following minimum requirements and standards:
- Must possess a valid security license with the Government of Alberta.
- Be of good moral character with no criminal record for which a pardon has not been granted.
- Provide proof of educational minimum of grade 12 and a diploma from a community college in Law & Security or Police Foundations or similar educational undertaking would be an asset.
- Security experience would be an asset but not required
- Excellent communication skills
